Melati Classic: 45mL (1½ ounces)

Whiskey: 45mL (1½ ounces)

Lemon Juice: 20mL (⅔ ounce)

Simple Syrup (1:1): 15mL (½ ounce)

Egg White: 15mL (½ ounce)

Ice cubes

Glass & Garnish

Lemon Peel

Method

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass.

Zest a lemon peel over the drink and garnish.
