Melati Fresh: 30mL (1 ounce) Passionfruit pulp: 1

Vanilla Vodka: 60mL (2 ounces)

Lime Juice: 10mL (⅓ ounce)

Vanilla Extract: a dash

Champagne (optional)

Ice cubes

Glass & Garnish

Coupe (chilled)

Passionfruit (half)

Method

Combine all ingredients, except champagne, into a shaker over ice.

Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with half a passionfruit.

Serve with a side of champagne, if desired.
