Melati Classic: 30mL (1 ounce)
Coffee Rum: 30mL (1 ounce)
Maple Syrup: 5mL (1 tsp)
Chocolate Bitters: 2 dashes
Glass & Garnish
Stir all ingredients, except bitters, with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Top with bitters and garnish with an orange peel.
