SHIPPING WITHIN THE US AND SINGAPORE
We only ship to the US and Singapore from this website.
We offer complimentary shipping within the US and Singapore.
Depending on your delivery locations, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your orders to reach you. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international orders and we will email you an invoice, including shipping fee, with a credit card payment link.
International orders are shipped via Fedex.
A gentle reminder, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Melati Drinks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
To protect our customers’ health and safety, we seek for your kind understanding we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of drinks. If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make things right for you.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We are happy to cancel any order that you've made online before the order ships. This order will simply be cancelled and refunded minus 3.5% credit card commission, taken by the credit card companies.
Unfortunately, we cannot stop packages which have left our warehouse.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged, please do not ship back your damaged item(s). Kindly take photos of the damaged item(s) and email them to us at email@example.com within 14 days. We’ll respond to your email within 2 business days and sort things out for you.
RECEIVE WRONG ITEMS
If you receive wrong item(s), please take photos of the wrong item(s) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. We’ll respond to your email within 2 days and we will correct your order.
If there is a missing item(s), please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days. We’ll respond to your email within 2 days and ship the missing item as soon as possible.
SALES PRICE PROTECTION
As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.
Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out. A gentle note you won’t be able to use discounts code on subscription items.
