SHIPPING POLICY
We take great care in packing and shipping your order so it arrives in perfect condition. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, it's in their hands, and we're unable to control delays, damages, or lost shipments.Â
If you run into any shipping issues, we recommend reaching out the carrier directly with your tracking number. That said, we're always happy to help however we can. Just reach out to our team at hello@melatidrinks.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, it falls outside our responsibility, and we are unable to process a refund as the package has been delivered. If you'd like to track or attempt to retrieve the package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for further assistance. We seek for your kind understanding in this matter.
WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN CONTIGUOUS USÂ
Free ground shipping within contiguous US on orders above $60. Depending on your delivery locations, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your orders to reach you. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!
We apologize at this time we do not ship outside of the US.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUSÂ
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@melatidrinks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN POLICY
To protect our customers’ health and safety, we seek for your kind understanding we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of drinks. If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, please contact us at hello@melatidrinks.com and we will make things right for you.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We are happy to cancel any order that you've made online before the order ships. This order will simply be cancelled and refunded minus 5% admin fee and credit card commission, taken by the credit card companies.
Unfortunately, we cannot stop packages which have left our warehouse. Â
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged, please do not ship back your damaged item(s). Kindly take photos of the damaged item(s) and email them to us at hello@melatidrinks.com within 5 days. We’ll respond to your email within 2 business days and sort things out for you.
RECEIVE WRONG ITEMS
If you receive wrong item(s), please take photos of the wrong item(s) and email us at hello@melatidrinks.com within 5 days. We’ll respond to your email within 2 days and we will correct your order.
MISSING ITEMS
If there is a missing item(s), please contact us at hello@melatidrinks.com within 5 days. We’ll respond to your email within 2 days and ship the missing item as soon as possible.
SALES PRICE PROTECTION
As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out.
