Melati is a non-alcoholic botanical drink inspired by traditional Asian herbal rituals.

Each bottle is crafted with 20 plants, including roots, flowers, fruits, spices and bitter botanicals. The result is a complex, adult drink designed for the moments when you want something special to sip without alcohol. Bittersweet, complex, highly concentrated.

Enjoy Melati before a meal, alongside food or as an evening ritual. Each one-ounce serving contains 10–15 calories and showcases plants historically used to support digestive and liver health.

Pour 1 oz of Melati over ice and top with chilled soda water or tonic.

Garnish with a slice of citrus or a fresh herb. You can also serve it chilled as a small pour, mix it into a non-alcoholic cocktail or enjoy it slowly on its own.

Melati can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but it does not have to be limited to before dinner.

The word “aperitif” comes from the Latin aperire, meaning “to open.” Aperitifs are traditionally served before a meal and are often characterized by citrus, herbs and a pleasantly bitter finish. They were designed to stimulate digestive enzymes for smoother digestion.

Fresh makes a bright pre-meal spritz, while Classic is also well suited to sipping with dinner or as an after-dinner nightcap.

Melati is botanical, complex and intentionally bittersweet. It is not designed to imitate a particular wine or spirit.

Classic is rich, warming and bittersweet, with notes of red fruit, cacao, ginger, clove, bitter orange and earthy herbs. It is a good choice for people who usually enjoy red wine, amaro or darker spirits.

Fresh is bright, tropical and zesty, with notes of green mango, guava, citrus rind, basil, elderflower and gentle bitterness. It is a good choice for people who usually enjoy white wine, spritzes or lighter cocktails.

Because Melati contains real bitter botanicals, its flavor is more herbal and layered than juice or soda.

Melati contains 0% ABV (orange juice contains 0.5%), and is truly zero alcohol. We pride ourselves in never using alcohol during our extraction process.

We sustainably source the highest quality leaves, flowers, spices, roots and barks from all over the world, making sure to support farmers fairly. 

Our botanicals are individually extracted in water using a slow process that can take up to six weeks. The extracts are then filtered, carefully blended and bottled in small batches.

Melati is made without alcohol or artificial preservatives. Each batch is also third-party tested for quality and safety.

We are pleased to share that we never use alcohol anywhere in our production and the product contains zero alcohol and are enjoyed by pregnant friends.

Melati is gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free. Melati is not currently certified kosher or halal.

Melati is crafted in small batches in Colorado, USA. Each batch is produced intentionally and shipped directly from Colorado once it’s ready. This allows us to maintain freshness, quality, and careful handling of our botanical ingredients. Because Melati is made without preservatives, we prioritize small-batch production over mass manufacturing.

We recommend storing our bottles in the fridge after opening. Our herbal drinks are all natural without preservatives and the chill keeps those natural ingredients optimal. After opening, consume within 6 weeks.
