Melati Fresh: 45mL (1½ ounces)
Lemon Juice: 10mL (⅓ ounce)
Sugar Syrup(1:1): 8mL (⅓ ounce)
Soda: top up
Glass & Garnish
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled and strain into a champagne flute.
Top up with soda and garnish with a lemon peel.
